Technical skills and intellectual capability can land you a job, but emotional intelligence (EQ) is what truly fuels career advancement and leadership success. Emotional intelligence is the ability to recognize, understand, and manage your own emotions, while effectively identifying and influencing the emotions of those around you. This course delivers the tools to build that capacity.
You will begin by exploring the four key pillars of Emotional Intelligence: self-awareness, self-management, social awareness, and relationship management. Through guided reflections and practical scenarios, you will learn to identify your personal emotional triggers, allowing you to pause and choose measured professional responses rather than reacting impulsively under high pressure.
The second half of the course focuses heavily on interpersonal dynamics. You will master the fundamentals of deep empathy, learning how to read non-verbal emotional shifts in colleagues and clients. These advanced interpersonal skills will allow you to navigate sensitive corporate politics, build strong collaborative networks, and resolve conflicts with exceptional diplomacy.
