Bright Town Training aims to provide a positive learning experience for all learners.

Digital Course Purchases

Because course materials and digital content may become accessible immediately after enrollment, refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Refund Requests

Learners seeking a refund must submit a written request to:

within 7 calendar days of purchase.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may not be granted where:
  • Significant course content has been accessed
  • Course materials have been downloaded
  • Certificates have been issued
  • The learner has completed a substantial portion of the programme
  • Refund requests are submitted outside the eligible period

Duplicate Transactions

Verified duplicate payments may be eligible for a full refund.

Technical Issues

Where learners experience technical issues preventing reasonable access to a purchased programme, Bright Town Training will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue before considering a refund.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days, depending on payment provider processing times.

Right to Refuse Refunds

Bright Town Training reserves the right to refuse refund requests that do not comply with this policy.
